TEHRAN – In a terrorist attack late on Sunday on the Shahcherq shrine in the city of Shiraz in southcentral Iran four citizens were martyred, the official IRNA news agency reported.
Among those four killed two were servants of the shrine and two were pilgrims, the news agency said.
The attack took place around 7:pm local time.
It also said some of those injured in the incident are in critical condition.
However, the Tasnim news agency put the number of the dead at two and the injured at 7.
Tasnim put the number of attackers at two and said one of them has been arrested and the other is on the run.
