
Manager of sales planning and transport of products of Mobarakeh Steel Company (MSC) Younes Hamzavi says MSC, in the past Iranian calendar year of 1401 with sending and delivering over 8.364 tons of different types of products to its domestic and foreign customers, set a considerable record in annual delivering of goods.
Hamzavi noted that this amount of shipping shows 924,000 tons growth in weight and 12.4% total growth comparing to the preceding year, stating that the figure shows some 8% growth comparing to the past record which had been the year before.
He went on to say that the registered statistics show that the performance of the company in transport has been 2% ahead of the annual schedule.
Meanwhile head of planning and transport control of products of MSC Mr. Majid Fakhari said that 87% of the products have been carried by road and been delivered to the customers which shows one million tons growth and 16% growth comparing to the past year and 11% growth comparing to the preceding year.
He added that some 7.1m tons of the products which equals to 85% of the total amount of the products were sent to the domestic customers in different parts of the country which is 15% more than the preceding year and it is a new record.
He went on to say that some 1.25m tons of export products were transported to Bandar Abbas Port and other custom border checkpoints and were delivered to the customers via those port and custom border checkpoints.
Fakhari went on to say that over 1634,000 tons of semi-final products (slab and bar), 4887,000 tons of different hot products and 1842,000 tons of different types of cold products were delivered to domestic and foreign customers by road and rail and in all spheres the company has annual records of transporting products.
