Venezuela’s first lady meets women’s social, political activists in Tehran

In the meeting, Flores said “resistance” is a common topic of dialogue between Venezuelan and Iranian women.

Further, the Venezuelan first lady said she was happy to get familiarized with Iranian women’s capabilities.

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro at a high-ranking delegation arrived in the Iranian capital on Saturday.

In Tehran, the visiting Maduro met with his Iranian counterpart Ebrahim Raisi and Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
